Shara L. Pace works with clients to achieve both their personal and business goals in the areas of estate planning, business law, and charity law. Her practice is primarily proactive, focusing on planning for and avoiding future problems. Typical practice issues include setting up wills and trusts, minimizing estate taxes, special need heirs and blended family situations, probate, family business succession planning, and business entity formation. Ms. Pace’s experience also includes all aspects of corporate governance, contract law, and non-profit formation and management.
She was admitted to the New Hampshire State Bar and the First Circuit in 1994, the First Circuit Court of Appeals in 1995, and the Minnesota State Bar in 2000. She received a B.S. in chemistry from California State University Fullerton in 1988 and a J.D. from Franklin Pierce Law Center in 1994.
