Of Counsel to Kretsch & Pace, Ltd., Susan focuses her practice on legal challenges involving e-commerce and the Internet, business transactions and litigation, and general corporate legal consulting. She also counsels clients regarding antitrust and business technology concerns. Before joining Kretsch & Pace, Ltd., Susan worked as a transactional attorney and a litigator on behalf of individual and corporate clients in a variety of industries.

Susan has served as adjunct faculty at Hamline University School of Law since 2001, where she currently teaches in the areas of Antitrust, Law and Economics, Intellectual Property, Workers’ Compensation, Pretrial Skills and Deposition Practice.

A frequent presenter at seminars and continuing legal education programs, Susan also is an active member of the Antitrust Section, Business Law Section, and Cyberspace Law Committee of the American Bar Association and of the Minnesota State Bar Association’s Computer & Technology Section, Antitrust Section and Art & Entertainment Section, of which she is a past chair. Susan received her B.S. From Northwestern University, her M.A. from New York University and her J.D. from Hamline University School of Law.
